The 34th annual Harvest and Herb festival will take place in downtown Ada Sept. 21. Harvest and Herb Festival is a time for all Ada residents, community members, students from Ada school district, and Ohio Northern University students to know our community, mingle, and be involved.
During this festival, there are over 100 booths with crafts, entertainment, and food. All Ada residents and community members have the ability to open their own booth. There is a chance that residents can find unique items because anyone can have their own booth. There will be booths for stores and restaurants in Ada village as well.
Harvest and Herb Festival is open from 9am to 4pm on Main Street, which road will be closed during the event. The parade on Main Street is at 10am. The kid’s games open at Depot Park on Main Street at 11am, there is entertainment at Depot Park from 11am to 4pm. The crowning of 2019 festival queen is at 12:30pm, and entertainment at Depot Park again at 1pm.
This festival is one of the biggest events in Ada, and it is a time to meet friendly, warm, and kind people. If you have not gone, it is a good opportunity to get some food, play, and chill outside.
