On Saturday, October 19th, the women’s soccer team faced Capital University at Kerscher Stadium and played a strong game. Senior Emma Bowman tied the game in the second half with a free kick after a long period without scores from either team. Even though Capital scored the leading point at the end of the game and won 2-1, the Polar Bears displayed a strong defense and constantly kept the ball moving down the field.

The team will be back in action this Wednesday at Otterbein, and their next home game will be against Wilmington on October 31st. Best of luck to the Polar Bears as they continue with their season.
