From the end of the Fall Semester of 2022 till the first day of Spring Semester on January 23rd, Winter here at ONU has been quiet. No snow, no freezing temperatures, no blizzards… it was a discreet winter as far as the campus knew. Yet, on the first day of the Spring Semester, the blizzarding snow came rolling in with penetrating temperatures. After just a few days into the semester, sidewalks were frozen over and roads were covered in a glaze of ice with snow continuously falling. This was our 2022-2023 winter.
